Today I am sharing my recipe for a Banana Walnut Chia seed pudding. Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and
omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants.
Its a delicious make ahead breakfast that takes just two minutes to put together. This recipe is very helpful for weight loss and can be customized in many different ways.
1 cup Almond Milk
3 tbsps Chia seeds
1/2 a Banana
1/2 tbsp Honey
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
