Cardio For Fat Loss


Whether or not cardio is a necessity and which type of cardio is the best has been a long-standing area of focus in our industry for many years fuelling numerous debates. Over and over again, we see collisions between high intensity interval training (HIIT) and steady state/aerobic training, not to mention fasted cardio versus fed state cardio! There are definitely pros and cons to each of these different types of cardio, and in this video I outline some of them whilst providing some context and suggestions that you can take into account the next time you are looking to add cardio into your (or your client’s) routine.
