Today I am sharing my favourite Healthy breakfast alternative.
Chocolate Chia seed Pudding. Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and
omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants.

Its a delicious make ahead breakfast that takes just two minutes to put together. This recipe is very helpful for weight loss and can be customized in many different ways.
I have earlier shown a simple chia seed pudding. Today I am showing you a chocolate version.

To make the Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
1 cups Almond Milk
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsps Honey or Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
To top the Pudding
Fresh cut strawberries
Flaked Almonds
