I am sharing a Turmeric Chia Seed Pudding recipe. Chia seeds contain large amounts of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. Both Turmeric and Cinnamon help to reduce inflammation and are known for their medicinal and antioxidant properties.
This is a delicious make ahead breakfast that can be prepared the night before and is ready to have first thing in the morning. It will keep you full for a long time.
Almond Milk – 1 cup (slightly warm) , you may use full fat dairy milk instead
Chia seeds – 3 tbsps
Honey – 2 tbsps
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Ground Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Mix nuts – as needed
Note : Do not boil the Almond Milk, it will split, just warm it up for this recipe.
