Here’s another day on my plate where I show you what I eat to lose th weight I gained over summer and mostly to get healthier! I’ve stopped intuitive eating for a while (if you want to know why, check my previous video :)) . All meals are plant-based, highly nutritious and delicious (despite the omelette being a disastrous presentation ahahhaha). Also, didn’t mention but they are high protein meals and pretty balanced out for the day! I want to show you that weight loss (or gain) doesn’t need to be restrictive and starving yourself, you can do it healthily and in my opinion there’s nothing wrong in wanting to lose (or gain) weight if it’s to feel much better in your skin and reach a healthy weight.
This plan is tailored to me and my needs, this video is for inspiration purpose only, please do not copy the quantities I eat for yourself, we are all different!
Enjoy the quick healthy recipes:
Breakfast – ‘The Perfect Oatmeal’:
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Half banana mashed
1 tbsp soy yoghurt plain
1 tbsp pumpkin seed flour (skimmed)
1 tsp tahini
3/4cup frozen blueberries
just a few pumpkin seeds
I mixed vegetables shallots, 1 small potato, 1 carrot, bit of cauliflower and broccoli and cooked with garlic powder + nutmeg.
THe dough is made with 1/3 cup rice flour and 1/3 cup chickpea flour and 1 cup of soy milk and dill and salt.
Topping: soy yoghurt + nutritional yeast.
4 shallots or 1 onion
2 cups mushrooms
2 cups cooked red rice
1 can full fat coconut milk
