Today’s video I’m sharing what I typically eat in a day when I’m trying to lose weight. Usually I eat as many healthy meals as possible to make my calorie intake lower. I love using the Noom App to track my calories and steps for the day. I’ve even lost a couple of pounds since starting to use it! I love that you can just scan food items in with the bar code scanner, I think that’s so efficient. I also thought it was great how you can sink the app with the health app that already exists on my iPhone so that I could track my steps etc. This is very convenient to keep track of all things health related in one spot.
