Clean Out The Fridge Soup ( Recipe at 4 mins in the link below)

******RECIPES******

Breakfast Apple Casserole
2 Cups of cooked brown rice
¼ cup of maple syrup
½ cup of water
Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to taste
Juice of a lemon
2 peeled and diced apples ( I love honeycrisp)

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes and stir once halfway through. Serve hot.

Garden/Spring Rolls
Cut up veggies you like
Add either rice or noodles
Wrap up in rice paper wrapper
Enjoy with the dip below

Peanut Dip
To taste:
Sweet chili sauce ( I use Ginger People)
PB2
A squeeze of lime
A dash of garlic coconut aminos

Mexican Potato Salad
5-6 medium potatoes, boiled ( not to soft)
Favorite taco toppings diced up (I used red onion, tomato, roasted corn, green onion and pinto beans)
Juice of a lemon
A dash of True Lime (crystalized lime juice)

Mix well. Allow to chill for a couple of hours to serve cold.
